Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic, family, fraternal, service organization that was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. We are influential and important force within the community. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief, and public relief works. The Knights of Columbus Newburyport Council 231 was founded in 1897. We serve St. Ann Church, West Newbury; Church of the Nativity, Merrimac; and Immaculate Conception Parish, Newburyport.

If you are interested in helping those in need, serving our parishes, growing in faith, obtaining exclusive access to top-rated insurance protections for you or your family, or just connecting with other Catholic men, then the Knights of Columbus is the organization for you.

We welcome new members to this long-standing group of Catholic men. Nationally, the Knights of Columbus have recently moved from in-person initiation to an online only membership process. Please visit kofc.org to become a member today. The Knights of Columbus at Immaculate Conception meet monthly, on the second Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 p.m.
