Cursillo / Ultreya

Cursillo and Ultreya

Cursillo offers us the opportunity to deepen our relationship with Christ. Jesus said, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” (Rev 3:20, NKJV). A life lived in faith is a life lived in joy! A Cursillo retreat is a three-day weekend of intensive spiritual reflection and exploration that offers us the opportunity to deepen our relationship with Christ. Cursillo is an invitation for you to experience the love of Jesus Christ on a personal level and to bring this love and joy into your daily life.

Ultreya is a Spanish word for “onward” or “to persevere” and is a gathering that unites us in prayer and fellowship as we grow in faith with our brothers and sisters in Christ.  Ultreya is a reunion of those who have experienced a Cursillo retreat. All are welcome to attend our Ultreya meetings on the Friday of each Cursillo weekend in the St. James Chapel in the IC Parish Center at 7:00pm. Questions about Cursillo or Ultreya?  Please feel free to contact any of the following:  Pat Forbes (978-462-1258) or Jonathan Temple (978-809-9337). Monthly Ultreyas are sponsored by the Collaborative.

All are welcome. Our Ultreya meets in the St. James Chapel in the IC Parish Center at 7:00 p.m. If you have questions please feel free to contact either Pat Forbes (978-462-1258) or Jonathan Temple (978-809-9337).
